About the winery
This Greek winemaking family has been at it since 1890, and they revived the nearly forgotten Mavroudi grape variety in their Maronia vineyards, pairing it with Syrah, Merlot, and other varietals across amphitheatric hills near Mount Ismaros. Their Maronia reds and the KANENAS wine series show what happens when you respect ancient wine-growing traditions and actually pull them off.
