About the winery
Third-generation winemaker Giorgos Vassiliou built this stunning five-level winery around organic agiorgitiko vines aged 15-25 years, with natural light pouring through skylights all the way to the underground cellar. You can taste his Reserve and Grand Reserve wines in a hilltop hall overlooking the vineyards, explore his personal wine museum, or stay overnight in one of six suites.
