About the winery
Perched in a narrow valley cradled by three mountains with the Aegean Sea in the distance, this winery harnesses cool nighttime winds that slow ripening and coax out serious complexity. They hand-pick grapes at night and chill them immediately to lock in aromatics, then use minimal-intervention winemaking to let the fruit shine, especially their Assyrtiko whites and Agiorgitiko-Syrah blends.
