This is where it all started for Boutari back in 1879, and they literally saved the Xinomavro grape from extinction in Naoussa. Their historic cellar holds over 3,000 barrels and a vault of old vintages, so you're basically stepping into Greek wine history when you visit. They've racked up the International Winery of the Year award 13 times, which tells you everything about how serious they are.
