About the winery
Sanguis is a Central Coast winery that challenges winemaking conventions by blending grape varieties across Rhone, Burgundy, and Bordeaux traditions. They offer wine and wine & food tasting experiences in partnership with Sama Sama Kitchen in Santa Barbara, with plans to expand to the Portland/Willamette Valley area in 2026.
