About the winery
Maître de Chai, established in 2012, is a personal project of Marty Winters and Alex Pitts focused on crafting wines of exceptional quality and value from single California vineyards. The winery sources grapes from impeccably farmed sites and emphasizes minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing wines to develop and express their unique terroir.
