About the winery

Welcome to Greg Cooley Wines, one of the smaller boutique wine producers here in Clare. Proudly family owned and operated you’ll find us both Greg and Kelli behind the counter doing your tastings. Our wines are designed with food, family and friends in mind and like Greg, have an unerring knack for delighting and surprising the audience. Each of Greg’s wines are named after people who’ve been of influence on him over the years and their influence is as varied as the wine styles. From South Australian author Monica Mc Inerney to his ex-wife Laura, or Greyhound vet Graham Beh, they each have a story, and Greg is only too happy to share them with you. Our wines are by choice sold direct to consumer only. But perhaps the best way to sum up our wines is to say that while we make a lot of wines, we don’t make a lot of wine. So total production is generally 2,500 cases and for some wines as little as 100 dozen might be made.
