About the winery
This small Hungarian producer has been crafting bottle-fermented sparkling wines since 2013, focusing on local grape varieties that keep things fresh and interesting. You can taste their 4-5 annual sparklings at the winery over a meal, and they're clearly doing this because they love it, not because they're trying to take over the world.
