Elentone produces premium Traditional Method sparkling wines from Washington State, combining European sparkling wine tradition with the creative spirit of Washington winemaking. Each bottle undergoes hand harvesting, extended aging, hand riddling and disgorging, and custom dosage following an artisanal approach.
