An Atlas Peak pioneer planted this 40-acre estate at 2,100 feet back in 1992 to show that high-elevation vineyards make elegant, balanced wines, not just fruit bombs. You'll get a personalized tasting of organically farmed Bordeaux varietals in a remote, self-contained setting, and these wines have serious complexity and real aging potential.
