Cincinnato is a historic wine cooperative in Cori, Lazio, representing 79 years of tradition with 550 hectares of vineyards and olive groves managed by 105 families. The winery specializes in native varietals like Nero Buono and Bellone, operates as a certified organic producer, and offers a wine resort with 15 suites, restaurant, and guided tastings in an 19th-century farmhouse overlooking the Circeo promontory.
