About the winery
One of the original wineries in the Columbia River Gorge, Cascade Cliffs has been producing unique, premier wines for over three decades. We are proud to be a pioneer of Piedmont varietal wines and one of the only wineries in the US that centers its production around Barbera. Our Estate Vineyard is home to some of the first plantings of Barbera and Nebbiolo in the Pacific NW. Along with our own vineyard, we source fruit from Washington’s top growing regions and vineyard sites in order to produce over two dozen types of wine. All our winemaking is done at our winery in Wishram where visitors can taste and tour. Our wines have won numerous awards throughout our history, twice winning Double Platinum/Best of the Best from Winepress NW. Our philosophy on grape growing and winemaking supports clean, earth-friendly farming with minimal intervention in the winery. With three locations in the Pacific NW to visit, guests can sample a wide selection of wine including Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah, red and white blends, rosé wines, and our signature Italian varietals. As a club-based winery, the majority of our wine is allocated to our wine club members. We look forward to your visit!
