Started as a rural escape in the 1980s, this Chiles Valley gem turned their 450-acre property into a Zinfandel powerhouse, complete with a restored 1859 building and hand-excavated cave. They've got tasting options at both the estate and their downtown location, so you can sip their fruit-forward wines and that quirky proprietary blend called Chaos Theory.
