Born from a chance conversation between a Mendoza winemaker and a Mexican sommelier at 35,000 feet, this bodega creates modern blends built around Bonarda, Argentina's underrated gem that brings balance, structure, and subtle fruit-forward sweetness to the party. Their Puzzle line pairs these Bonarda-based wines with Malbec, Cabernet, and other classics, all designed to shine with the bold flavors of Mendozan asados and Mexican chiles.
