Blank Canvas is the passion project of winemaker Matt Thomson and Master of Wine Sophie Parker-Thomson, who've racked up 45+ years of global wine expertise between them. They craft small-batch fine wines from exceptional single vineyard sites across New Zealand, working with growers who are genuinely committed to their land.
