About the winery

Caymus Vineyards was founded in 1972 by Chuck Wagner and his parents Lorna and Charlie Sr., starting with 240 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, the winery remains 100% family-owned and operated in Rutherford, Napa Valley, with the next generation continuing the farming and winemaking traditions. The winery specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon known for its dark, concentrated character with ripe, fruit-driven softness.
