About the winery

Weingut Achim Bauer is a family-run winery located in Guldental, a sunny valley in the Nahe region, with a century-old winemaking tradition. Since 2011, they have practiced organic viticulture according to EU standards, using organic fertilizers and green cover crops to create biodiverse vineyards. Their wines are produced using modern gentle methods, fermenting and aging in stainless steel tanks or traditional oak barrels and barriques in their historic cellar.
