Weingut am Schlipf is a family-run winery in Weil am Rhein, Baden, managed by brothers Christoph and Johannes Schneider since 2017. The winery practices minimal intervention winemaking with 100% hand harvesting, reduced yields, and minimal sulfite use across nearly 15 hectares of vineyards. They are known for exceptional Gutedel and Spätburgunder wines, and operate experimental projects including HAUS GUPI for innovative winemaking and CAFÉ GUPI.
